Living in Houston I was not familiar with the area. I did an online search and found Jo's. I am truly satisfied with the service. I inadvertently entered my name as receiving the delivery. The florist personnel caught this error and corrected it. Jo's Florist and Gifts are simply the best!

I live in OK and needed to send flowers for a funeral in TX 12 hrs. away. I researched the flower shops, and Jo see to be better according to satisfaction. I ordered on a Tuesday (late). The viewing was the next day for the family at 4:00. I asked them if they could possibly have them there by 4, I thought a long shot. But they did it. Then followed up with an email and a phone call. I could not be happier. They are pro's... you need to use Jo's!! Period.

it was easy to order on line. I didn't go to the service so I don't know what the arrangement actually looked like. I think it would be wonderful, if you could email customers a picture of the actual arrangement. A picture taken upon delivery if that's appropriate....or just before delivery. I have ordered flowers from a large company and found out that the actual arrangement delivered was quite sad and not what I ordered. The recipient of the flowers will never call the sender and tell them that the flowers were a disaster if they were. Proof of what you actually delivered would encourage me and many others to continue doing business with you. P.S. I heard from the son of the deceased that the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!
