I ordered by phone from out of state. Kim was very responsive to my needs. She returned calls promptly. The flowers reflected what I ordered and more, and the recipient was very happy with them. I highly recommend Kim and will use her services again.

Delivery driver got lost and blew up my phone while I was in morning meetings. A simple text to say she could not find the address would have been sufficient. There really is no reason why she couldn't find the address. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!
